A  deposit will need to be made in the amount of 1000 pesos per room.

The only way to be refunded your deposit is to make your cancellation at least 6 weeks before your arrival date.If your reservation is cancelled after the 6 week deadline and before 4 weeks to arrival, then a 500 peso charge will be applied per room reserved.

If you don’t cancel your room within 4 weeks of your arrival, there will be a charge of 1000 pesos per room.

If your cancellation is made just 3 weeks before your arrival date, then a 50% charge of your total stay will be applied.

And finally, if your cancellation is made with only 2 weeks or less notice, your entire stay will be charged as if you had come.

Pets are welcomed only during low season depending on the type of pet and its size.

Pets and cars are the sole responsablity of their owner.

Children are also welcome under the sole supervision of their parents. Children under the age of 8 may stay free of charge in the same room as the parents.

If you break anything in the house, you must pay for it.

Cooking classes are to be reserved with your teacher directly and not through Estancia de Valencia.

The exchange rate is calculated using the official rate on the day the payment is made according to Banamex.

We only accept Visa or Mastercard.

For a reservation to be officially confirmed, you must have received a confirmation email directly from your hostess Lorena Santos Cruz. Any other confirmation cannot be guaranteed.
